As the first shaft manufacture in Japan, Shimada Golf Mfg. Co., Ltd. has been producing “made in Japan” steel shaft since 1930. We strive to develop and produce high quality and performance steel shafts for over 80 years as a pioneer in the golf industry in Japan.
Since 1970s, we have applied the Counter Balance Design Concept to our shafts. The balance point shifted to the butt area helps players to keep a steady and consistent swing plane and to accelerate the clubhead speed at the impact.
